This is an important reminder for winter running. While it might feel better to sleep in and snuggle in your bed on a cold Saturday morning, you’ll feel much better when you come home after a nice long run. Love this and totally agree. When I see people inside on a treadmill just because it’s raining I don’t understand at all…it’s just a little water you can change into warm dry clothes when you’re done and you’ll be warm again
